What happens after I book a Seva?

We will share the contact number of the truck operator one day before your booking so you can coordinate.

What if Idon’t know where to distribute the food?

We’ll suggest suitable locations where your Seva can reach people in real need.

Can I share my preferred location?

Yes, within 25 km of Kolkata. We’ll do our best to accommodate your choice

Where are meals cooked?

Meals are prepared in our centralized kitchen.

1. Sabzi and daal are made there.
2. Fulkas(rotis) are made live in the truck during distribution.

Can I bring my family for the food distribution?

Absolutely! Families are welcome. It’s a heart-warming experience for all.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made via Net Banking or UPI only.
(Cash payments are not accepted.)

Can I book a part Seva?

No. Each Seva booking covers approximately 350 plates of food.

Can I distribute my own food?

No. To maintain hygiene and uniformity, all meals are cooked and distributed by the Ann Seva team.

Can I do a bulk booking?

Yes! You can donate or book Sevas for multiple dates.
