Limitation on use of APP/ Website
This APP / Website is collecting payment online for various facilities. It is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and any individual under such age should not provide us with Personally Identifiable Information. We do not knowingly contact, market to, solicit, collect or use Personally Identifiable Information from or about any individual under the age of 18. It is possible that by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under 18. If we are notified that we have personal information regarding a person under the age of 18, as soon as we reasonably verify the information, we will either obtain parental consent or otherwise delete the information from the account and/or facility. On Successful transaction of payment
In case of successful transaction of payment the person will be given a unique acknowledgement ID. The details will also be informed via email and text message on the email id given and mobile number provided by that person. The person needs to use acknowledgement ID for all future references with Shree Narayani Namo Namo. The amount will be deducted from that person's respective bank and credited in the account of Shree Narayani Namo Namo.
On Failure of transaction of payment
The person can edit/delete facilities from list of selected facilities at any point before making payment. Once the person navigates to payment gateway for making payment, entry for same will be stored with us. The person enters financial details in payment gateway and none of these details are stored with us. Only the final confirmation provided by payment gateway is stored. Payment for facility/service or donation will be termed as completed and accepted by Shree Narayani Namo Namo only after realization of the amount from bank. Shree Narayani Namo Namo does not own responsibility of any transactions for which payment is not completed and realized in its account from bank.
Terms and conditions for Donation
The Donor confirms that the donation given herein is lawful money and is being given out of free will and pleasure.
The Donor agrees that the donation given is non-refundable.
The Donor certifies that it is not foreign source within the meaning of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act.
The Donor gives consent to this sum of money being treated as corpus donation.
